Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Baby WaterWipes. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at returns@babywaterwipes.com to obtain a return authorization. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and processed your refund.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account or contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
